How does this work in practice?

  • Organizing notebooks and reading saved lessons uses no AI allowance.
  • Analyzing a photo or generating exercises or revision sheets uses the corresponding allowance. Analysis level and action type matter: an allowance is not a guaranteed number of pages.
  • Premium and Pro give Jouha an allowance separate from photo analysis. The trial uses one discovery allowance shared by its available AI features.

What happens when an allowance runs out?

At 0% remaining — 100% used — the affected actions are blocked. Saved content remains readable. Exhausting a quota never triggers a payment or card charge.

When does it renew?

Paid allowances follow your monthly subscription period. The trial allowance does not renew monthly. Current payments are one-time payments: after expiry, you choose and confirm a new payment. There is no automatic renewal or top-up.
