Who to contact
Keytak is the service available at keytak.app. For questions about your data, email keytak.plateforme@gmail.com.
Data used
Keytak uses your account information, notebooks, uploaded photos and documents, generated content, Jouha conversations and payment tracking information. Technical connection and usage data support operation, quotas, security and incident diagnosis.
Why it is used
This data enables sign-in, course organization, analysis of the content you send, Jouha answers, requested exercises and documents, subscriptions and support. Uploading a notebook does not publish it in the public demonstration.
Services involved
Render and Cloudflare provide hosting and storage. AI features send the necessary content to OpenAI. Payments are handled by Bankily or Whop depending on your choice; Keytak keeps information needed to track transactions. Google sign-in and email delivery also involve the corresponding services. These providers may process data outside your country.
Retention and deletion
Your content is stored so you can access it in your account. Deleting a page or notebook removes its content; separate AI usage, security and payment records may remain for service and incident tracking. Account deletion removes associated data and starts file cleanup, which may continue in the background. Providers and backups may have their own deletion timelines.
Copies on your device
Offline reading stores downloaded notebooks in this browser. Signing out or changing accounts clears this browser’s offline library. Sign out after using a shared device. Language, currency and plan preferences retain your choices.
Your requests
You can edit available account information in Profile and permanently delete your account under Profile → Privacy and data. For access, correction or deletion difficulties, contact Keytak. Never send a password to support.
