The service
Keytak organizes your courses and offers analysis, revision, practice and assistance with Jouha. Available features depend on your access and plan.
Your account and content
Use accurate information and protect your sign-in details. Upload only content you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for content you send and files you share with support.
Learning assistance
An analysis, formula, figure or generated answer may contain an error. Compare results with your original document and check important points with your course or teacher. Keytak does not replace your institution’s educational validation.
Trial and AI allowances
The free trial includes one notebook and a limited allowance. It does not renew monthly. Paid plans provide monthly allowances whose use depends on your actions. Exhausting an allowance blocks the actions that depend on it and never triggers a payment. Previously saved content remains readable.
Prices and payment
Public prices describe monthly plans. Check the final amount, currency, fees and plan before confirming. Current payments are one-time payments: Keytak does not automatically renew your subscription. A new payment is offered after expiry. Check a pending payment before trying again. For a payment error or dispute, contact support with any available reference.
Access and availability
AI, editing and payments require an internet connection. Offline reading covers only notebooks previously downloaded in the same browser. Maintenance and incidents can interrupt the service.
Using the service
Do not use Keytak to access another person’s data, bypass access limits, distribute unlawful content or disrupt the service. Your institution’s rules still apply to your assignments and assessments.
